Service Description

Hire a professional to cover your corporate event or party. Relax and enjoy your guests while we handle your photography needs. All images provided via digital download ready for your marketing needs. Event Photography | 2 Hour Minimum 2 Hours Photography Coverage $350.00, Images with usage rights included. Additional time at the rate of $100 per hour may be requested. Images are delivered via digital download, with an average turn-around time of 10 days. Rush delivery may be requested for an additional fee. By purchasing a Photography Coverage you are agreeing to the following: I understand the studio reserves the right to use digital and/or film negatives and/or reproductions for display, promotion or other legal purposes. All photographic materials, including but not limited to negatives, digital files, and transparencies, will be the exclusive property of Anna Dougherty Photography. CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Client understands that by entering into this agreement, Photographer is foregoing other photographic jobs. In the event of a cancellation or postponement of the portrait session/agreement by Client, 100% of the session fees paid are non-refundable. Session fees are transferable if a date change is necessary. Forty-eight hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated. If the Studio/Photographer cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualties, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the deposit to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials or files are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event the Studio/Photographer fails to perform for any other reason, the Studio/Photographer shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the Client’s order. WEATHER: If it is not possible for a session to take place on a scheduled day due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule on an agreed date at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.
